Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Business Analyst to help build and govern automation, connecting stakeholders with RPA developers, data specialists and IT. The role supports process discovery, business cases, testing, and benefits tracking in a hybrid Docklands/Melbourne setup.

You will map processes, create PDDs and user stories, and ensure automation delivers measurable value while collaborating across Finance and Shared Services teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business or process analysis with at least two years supporting RPA or AI projects.
• Ability to create PDDs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation.
• Experience delivering automation initiatives from discovery through UAT and benefits tracking.
• Comfort working in Agile or hybrid environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborative communicator who builds stakeholder trust and runs effective workshops.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess RPA and AI opportunities across Finance and Shared Services.
• Map processes to PDDs, stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Partner with developers, data specialists and IT to deliver automation.
• Coordinate UAT, production transition and hypercare with testing and sign-off.
• Track benefits and performance, support governance and adoption.
