Allens in Perth is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate to advise clients on financing arrangements and work with lawyers and partners across our offices. The role offers exposure to complex transactions and a hybrid work pattern, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm.
• Exposure to project and corporate finance transactions; resources sector experience is beneficial.
• Desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on structuring and documenting their financing arrangements.
• Assist on acquisition and leverage, property, and general corporate financing.
• Collaborate with Partners and the wider team across offices.
