Allens in Perth is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate to advise clients on financing arrangements and work with lawyers and partners across our offices. The role offers exposure to complex transactions and a hybrid work pattern, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home.

Your role

You'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team based in Perth and work with lawyers and partners across all of our offices. Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.

As a Banking & Finance Associate you will advise clients on financing arrangements relating to:

• The structure and documentation for their project
• Acquisition and leverage
• Property
• General corporate financing

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would be happy to discuss any other flexible working arrangements that best support you.

About You

• Experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm, locally or internationally (we are also open to a combination of private practice and in-house experience)
• Exposure to project and corporate finance transactions; resources sector experience is particularly beneficial.
• A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
