Job summary

Allens seeks up to 10 lawyers to join Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney offices. Youll work with Partners on complex transactions, with opportunities to specialise while building a strong foundation. Responsibilities include drafting docs, managing matters, due diligence, negotiations, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more listed practice areas within a well-regarded law firm.
• Ability to draft legal documents and agreements directly with clients.
• Experience reviewing and mentoring junior lawyers and managing matters.
