St.George is seeking a Banking Customer Experience Advisor in Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on assisting customers with daily banking needs and inquiries, delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Clear, confident communication with customers to build relationships.
• Proactive problem solving to resolve banking questions and issues.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent time management to handle tasks within shift hours.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:45pm and every second Saturday.
