Job summary

NAB Townsville branch is hiring a Branch Customer Advisor to deliver a location-based, customer-centric banking experience. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through basic transactions and product options while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote NAB’s Smarter Banking tools and self-service channels to keep banking simple, secure and accessible for all customers in Townsville.

• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
