Job summary

NAB is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor for the Gunnedah area to deliver a seamless, personalized customer experience at the branch. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through products and services and promoting digital banking options.

The role emphasizes customer-first service, accuracy in transactions, and contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Hours include Mon–Fri with specific start times.

Qualifications

• Be the first point of contact for NAB’s Gunnedah Branch and help customers.
• Identify suitable products and services for customers (accounts, lending, banking transactions).
• Promote Smarter Banking options for self-service and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support NAB’s Gunnedah Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.
