Vili’s Bakery is seeking a Day Packing Team member in Adelaide, Australia. This casual role with potential permanency offers regular Monday to Friday shifts from 9am to 5pm, in a family-owned environment where your contribution matters.

You will pack bakery products, ensure quality, and follow food safety and WHS procedures while working with a supportive team. This is a great entry into a long-standing Australian baking family.

Formación

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of light to moderate lifting and manual handling.
• Experience in food production or packing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pack prepared bakery products for distribution according to production requirements.
• Ensure items are packed neatly and meet Vili’s quality standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, GMP and WHS procedures at all times.
• Check products and packaging for quality, presentation and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily production and packing targets.
• Identify and report quality, safety or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other reasonable production duties as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and embody Vili’s values.

The Opportunity

• Pack prepared bakery products for distribution in accordance with production requirements.
• Ensure products are packed accurately, neatly and to Vili’s quality standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, GMP and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Check products and packaging for quality, presentation and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production and packing targets.
• Identify and report quality, safety or production issues to the appropriate team leader or Supervisor.
• Assist with other reasonable production duties as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and demonstrate Vili’s Values and Behaviours.

Hours of Work

The shifts will be Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
