Anne's Pantry in Melbourne's south-east region is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations in a historic bakery and café brand founded in 1929. This role focuses on achieving excellent customer service, managing stock and staff, and driving sales performance across multiple locations including Surrey Hills, Box Hill, Balwyn and Ashburton.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' full-time experience in a retail management role.
• Holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Organisational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of stock control, sales performance, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure efficient service and targets.
• Determine product ranges, stock levels, and customer service standards.
• Hire, train, roster, supervise, and evaluate retail staff.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and supplier orders.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, and wastage against targets.
• Oversee POS, cash handling, banking, and reconciliations.
