Responsibilities include following recipes, monitoring oven temperatures, and maintaining bakery cleanliness. Eligibility requires Australian citizenship or full working rights.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.

• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Ability to use bakery equipment safely (mixers, ovens and other machinery).

Responsibilities

• Mixing, preparing and baking a variety of breads, rolls and artisan products.
• Preparing doughs using traditional and modern baking techniques
• Measuring and mixing ingredients to recipes
• Monitoring proofing, baking times and oven temperatures
• Ensuring products are prepared and baked in time for daily service
• Maintaining a clean and organised bakery
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
