Zusammenfassung

The Local Guys Services is seeking a confident Business Development Executive to join our Adelaide Support Centre. This is a full-time role focused on outbound sales, building relationships with Australian organisations and helping new clients get started with our services.

You will identify opportunities across Electrical Test & Tag, Pest Control, Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, coordinate with internal teams, and support tender submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, business development, customer service or account support.
• Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new businesses.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to follow up consistently.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
• Experience using CRM systems, email and basic business software.
• Professional phone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Positive, resilient and self-motivated approach.

Aufgaben

• Contact larger organisations across Australia to introduce The Local Guys' services.
• Identify opportunities for Electrical Test & Tag, Pest Control, Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key contacts.
• Follow up leads, enquiries and opportunities in a professional and consistent way.
• Help grow the client base across Australia and New Zealand.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Assist new larger clients with onboarding and information gathering.
• Work with internal teams to ensure new clients are handed over smoothly.
• Communicate clearly with clients during the early stages of the relationship.
• Help create a professional and organised first impression for new clients.
