Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing B2B customers.
• Follow up leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Research and contact prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations and process orders and product samples.
• Respond to product availability, pricing and delivery enquiries.
• Follow customer orders from quotation through to delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts and sales activity.
• Monitor outstanding quotations, orders and delivery performance.
• Coordinate appointments and assist with customer seminars.
