Everyday Massive is seeking a B2B Marketing and Events Manager to elevate our industry-facing initiatives from the Warrnambool office. You will bridge brand, marketing operations and growth, delivering targeted campaigns and high-impact events that convert relationships into opportunities.

You’ll own the events calendar, manage vendor relationships, and ensure CRM hygiene while crafting content that resonates with safety leaders globally.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience and understanding of the buyer journey.
• Events management experience, with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own events end-to-end: strategy, execution, and on-the-day logistics.
• Manage events calendar from planning to pack-down and post-event follow-up.
• Oversee marketing calendar and integrated B2B campaigns in line with strategy.
• Create and optimize content across channels; coordinate assets with teams.
• Drive pre- and post-event marketing to turn events into conversations.
