You will work closely with the Store Owner and team to generate new opportunities and tailor solutions for customers. Ideal candidates will thrive in networking, strategic business development, and creating tailored solutions
Qualifications
- Strong sales background with a focus on business development
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships and influence decisions
- Organised with strong time management and work ethic
Responsibilities
- Build solid working relationships and rapport with key stakeholders/accounts
- Liaise with clients and develop solutions for current and potential clients
- Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
- Manage a diverse customer base
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities
- Attract new customers and grow existing business, including cold calling
- Achieve sales, margin, and product mix targets
