Job summary

Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is seeking an Amazon Business Field Sales Representative to cover the Penrith territory, including Penrith and Emu Plains. This field-based role offers autonomy and a clear local territory.

You will meet local business owners, understand purchasing needs, and demonstrate how our platform adds value with premium products and smart buying solutions. Monday–Friday work, tablet provided, with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face or field sales is preferred.
• Ability to meet targets and work within a defined territory.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business customers within your territory.
• Engage with small business owners to understand procurement needs.
• Demonstrate value of the platform with premium products and pricing.
• Drive sales targets and maintain a daily pipeline of appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and interactions in the CRM.
• Represent the client brand professionally in the field.

Amazon Business Field Sales Representative

Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is looking for a Amazon Business Field Sales Representative to represent one of our top-tier global clients across our Penrith territory - including Penrith and Emu Plains.

About the role

In this role, you’ll spend your day meeting local business owners face-to-face, understanding their purchasing needs and introducing them to an industry-leading business purchasing platform.

Your core mission is to expand the network of local small businesses by acquiring new customers and driving ongoing platform engagement and spend for our top-tier client Amazon Business!

You will report to the Team Leader, operate autonomously in field, acting as a trusted consultant to local businesses and managing your territory.

You’ll be:

• Identifying and acquiring new business customers through proactive, face-to-face sales activity within your territory
• Engaging with small business owners to understand their unique purchasing and procurement needs
• Demonstrating how our platform delivers value through premium products, competitive pricing, and smart buying solutions
• Working towards sales, customer acquisition and activity targets
• Securing and attending a consistent daily pipeline of unique customer appointments
• Driving ongoing client engagement and purchasing behaviour
• Maintaining 100% accurate, real-time records of all customer visits and interactions within the CRM
• Representing our client’s brand professionally in the field while maintaining the highest standard of brand compliance

About you

You are:

• Confident approaching and building rapport with new people
• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment
• Energetic, proactive, and self-driven
• Organised with strong communication skills

To be successful, you will need:

• A current valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory) - to travel to your allocated territory
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
