Job summary

Australian and International Pilots Association – Mascot NSW is seeking an experienced Aviation Scheduler to advise AIPA members on scheduling, rostering, FRMS and operational matters. You will help pilots navigate complex scheduling issues and disruptions, providing expert guidance when plans change.

The role offers opportunities to influence daily operations, collaborate with Qantas Group stakeholders, and contribute to a supportive, member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation scheduling, rostering or FRMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex operational matters clearly and practically.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 scheduling and rostering advice to AIPA members.
• Monitor and respond to the Emergency Hotline.
• Advise Scheduling and FRMS Portfolio holders on scheduling issues.
• Support members while balancing broader operational requirements.
• Represent AIPA in meetings with Qantas Group management.
