Job summary

Sigma Aerospace Workforce is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead the logistics and supply chain function supporting its MRO operations in Maroochydore.

You will ensure parts, tooling, consumables and repairables are available to support the maintenance plan, and will own procurement, inventory integrity, traceability and supplier performance.

This is a permanent, Monday–Friday role in a CASA/EASA Part 145 environment, with potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• Logistics or supply chain capability appropriate to managing the function.
• Understanding of CASA/EASA Part 145 obligations.
• Inventory and traceability in a documentation-focused environment.
• Strong organisational capability with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and coordination across teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC for site access.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to complete inductions.
• Visa/work rights: sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory and logistics.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production plans.
• Manage vendor relationships and supplier performance.
• Handle repairables, quarantine, returns and warranty processes.
• Maintain certification, shelf-life, traceability and receiving controls.
