Role Description
Sigma Aerospace is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead the logistics and supply chain function supporting its MRO operations in Maroochydore.
This role is responsible for ensuring parts, tooling, consumables and repairables are available to support the operational maintenance plan. The position is accountable for procurement, inventory integrity, traceability, vendor performance, repairables, logistics and expediting outcomes that help protect aircraft touch time and delivery milestones.
This is a critical support function within a CASA Part 145 base and line maintenance environment, with exposure to EASA Part 145 component services. The role works closely with MRO leadership, engineering, stores, Quality and Safety, HR, Finance and client/operator stakeholders.

• Aviation logistics or supply chain experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience with aviation/MRO inventory, traceability, repairables, certification, tooling/GSE, supplier management and maintenance operational support is highly relevant.
