Job summary

Sigma Aerospace is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, and logistics for its MRO operations in Maroochydore. You will ensure material availability to support maintenance plans, manage repairables and tooling, and drive compliance with Part 145 requirements.

Qualifications

• Logistics or supply chain capability appropriate to managing the function.
• Understanding of CASA/EASA Part 145 obligations and requirements.
• Experience with traceability/documentation-focused environments.
• Strong organisation and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain ASIC site access where required.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to complete mandatory training/inductions.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory and logistics for MRO operations.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production plans.
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships and performance.
• Handle repairables, returns, warranty processes and traceability.
• Ensure certification, shelf-life and batch/serial traceability controls.
• Maintain tooling control and availability planning where applicable.
• Coordinate with QA, Safety and client/operator stakeholders.
• Support audits and regulatory requirements; maintain data integrity.
