Job summary

Sigma Aerospace is seeking a Maintenance Manager MRO to lead the MCY base and line maintenance operation in Maroochydore.

This senior leadership role ensures safe, compliant, and profitable maintenance performance under CASA/EASA Part 145, Sigma MOE and client requirements. You will develop the leadership team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and financial KPIs across the maintenance operation.

Qualifications

• LAME licence is mandatory
• Turboprop aircraft background required
• Significant Base/Line Maintenance leadership experience
• Strong CASA/EASA Part 145 knowledge
• Ability to lead maintenance delivery, mobilisation and governance
• Proven stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to obtain and maintain ASIC site access

Responsibilities

• Lead MCY maintenance delivery and mobilisation across Base and Line operations
• Manage senior engineers, supervisors and support teams
• Ensure workforce utilisation and optimal productivity
• Maintain KPI focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost
• Ensure coverage across rosters and shift patterns
• Oversee compliance with CASA/EASA Part 145 and Sigma MOE
• Drive regulatory readiness and close audit actions
• Report operational performance to leadership
