Sigma Aerospace Workforce is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead the logistics and supply chain function supporting its MRO operations in Maroochydore.
You will ensure parts, tooling, consumables and repairables are available to support the maintenance plan, and will own procurement, inventory integrity, traceability and supplier performance.
This is a permanent, Monday–Friday role in a CASA/EASA Part 145 environment, with potential relocation support.
Qualifications

This role is responsible for ensuring parts, tooling, consumables and repairables are available to support the operational maintenance plan. The position is accountable for procurement, inventory integrity, traceability, vendor performance, repairables, logistics and expediting outcomes that help protect aircraft touch time and delivery milestones.
This is a critical support function within a CASA Part 145 base and line maintenance environment, with exposure to EASA Part 145 component services. The role works closely with MRO leadership, engineering, stores, Quality and Safety, HR, Finance and client/operator stakeholders.
- Critical MRO Support Function: Take ownership of the supply chain function that directly supports aircraft maintenance delivery.
- Broad Leadership Scope: Lead procurement, inventory, logistics, repairables, vendors, tooling, GSE and compliance support.
