Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction and infrastructure projects in the Eastern Region, delivering facilities and related works from planning through to commissioning and handover. You will partner with contractors, consultants and operational stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget delivery across the airport network.

Brisbane is preferred, with Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra considered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex construction, infrastructure, facilities or capital works projects.
• Strong contractor, consultant and contract management capability.
• Experience managing project governance, schedules, budgets, risk and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently across different locations.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and governance requirements.
• Managing consultants, contractors and delivery partners.
• Monitoring project performance, risks, issues and project dependencies.
• Building strong relationships with operational, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Supporting the successful delivery of ARFFS NexGen and associated infrastructure initiatives.
