Qantas is seeking Ground Instructors in Melbourne to deliver engaging training for Cabin Crew, assess competency, and foster a strong safety culture. The roles are fixed-term and based in Melbourne, reporting to the Ground Training team.

You will work closely with regulators, maintain records and continuously update knowledge of procedures and standards. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional delivery and coaching within aviation, and holds or is pursuing Part 121.010

• Experience in instructional delivery, training facilitation, coaching or teaching.
• Strong understanding of operational and emergency procedures in aviation.
• Ability to translate technical information into engaging learning experiences.
• Confident communicator who can engage, motivate and support learners.
• Collaborative, proactive and safety-focused with a strong compliance mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Cabin Crew ground training in accordance with courseware and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences to support training outcomes.
• Conduct competency assessments using approved criteria and standards.
• Maintain trainee performance records and reporting.
• Prepare facilities, equipment and materials for training delivery.
• Identify and escalate training-related issues or equipment faults as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manuals, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and stakeholders for consistent outcomes.
• Support broader training activities and initiatives as needed.
