National Jet Systems in Melbourne is seeking two fixed-term Ground Instructors to support Qantaslink crew training. You will deliver cabin crew ground training in a regulated aviation environment, assess competency, and foster a strong safety and learning culture within the Ground and Inflight Training teams.

This role focuses on translating technical procedures into engaging training experiences, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance to ensure

Formación

• Experience delivering instructional or training programs in aviation or safety-critical environments.
• Ability to assess competency against regulatory and company standards.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver ground training for cabin crew in line with courseware and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and maintain trainee standards.
• Conduct competency assessments using approved criteria and training standards.
• Monitor trainee performance and maintain training records and reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare training facilities, equipment and materials for effective sessions.
• Identify and raise training-related issues or equipment faults as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manuals, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with instructors and stakeholders to ensure consistent training outcomes.
