Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Cargo/Operations role focused on freight acceptance and delivery, customer service, and administration within a safety-conscious aviation freight environment.

Reporting to the Cargo Coordinator, you will coordinate freight acceptance and delivery procedures, maintain accurate cargo records, and provide strong customer service while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cargo, freight, aviation, transport, administration or customer service.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience or ability to learn cargo management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing documentation for freight acceptance and delivery.
• Entering freight details accurately into the cargo system.
• Creating invoices and reconciling banking to ensure charges are collected.
• Processing cash and electronic transactions.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Maintaining strong and professional customer relationships.
• Performing general filing and administrative duties.
• Operating equipment and systems safely and efficiently.
• Reporting faults and irregularities to management.
