Qualifications

• Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales.
• Proven success in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• The ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team.
• A current and valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, fleet operators, transport businesses and trade customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market segments.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits and business reviews.
• Present new products, promotions and technical solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Implement territory plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor movements.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports and sales forecasts.
