Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a Software Engineer to support the MQ-28 Ghost Bat program from Brisbane. You will help automate digital test, integration and verification environments to accelerate capability deployment for the autonomous aircraft.

The role sits within the MQ-28 Digital Model Ecosystem Engineering Manager's team and reports to the program. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in industry, with Python and Linux development, Agile practices, and a passion for proactive

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in industry with autonomous systems or related apps.
• Experience with messaging protocols, data exchange and simulation tools.
• Defence software experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and automation of digital test, integration and verification environments.
• Iterate faster and deploy new capability to the MQ-28 Ghost Bat aircraft.
• Produce clear, technical artefacts for cross-functional review.
