Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an experienced Mission Senior Systems Engineer in Brisbane to support the MQ-28 Ghost Bat program. You will lead requirement development, design solutions, interfaces and verification for the Mission System, contributing to integration and test activities.

You will work with DOORS-managed requirements, coordinate testing, and provide engineering documentation across avionics and COTS/MOTS equipment. Australian citizenship is required for Defence roles.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop requirements for the MQ-28 Mission System (DOORS experience).
• Develop design solutions to meet capability objectives and requirements of the MQ-28 Mission System.
• Define Mission System interfaces and engineering solutions for avionics and COTS/MOTS equipment.
• Lead verification requirements, test plans, procedures and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and conduct integration and formal verification testing of the MQ-28 Mission System.
• Support ground and flight test operations for the MQ-28 Mission System.
• Produce engineering documentation (Specifications, Design Documents, Interface Definitions, Test Procedures).
• Provide input to Mission System Key Technical Performance Measures.
