Job summary

Design and Build is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of new build projects in the Greater Brisbane area. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate with the project team and subcontractors, and ensure projects run safely and on schedule.

You will apply strong leadership, interpret technical drawings, and maintain quality control while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects – $10 million+.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
