Qualifications

• Proven residential property management experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
• Current Queensland real estate registration or appropriate licence and a driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage an established residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare entry and exit condition reports.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor services.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
• Resolve enquiries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation.
