Job summary

Manly Management is seeking an experienced Senior Onsite Property Manager to take full ownership of 80 properties within a modern 107-townhouse complex. Enjoy autonomy to run your onsite office, manage your diary, and drive end-to-end tenancy operations.

The role offers a structured framework, with supportive leadership and established systems for compliance, maintenance, and owner/resident relations. A strong Queensland PM background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Senior Property Management experience in Queensland.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration.
• Current driver\'s licence and reliable transport.
• Proven tech proficiency using PropertyMe, Reapit Letting, Realworks digital signing, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage an onsite office with autonomous diary management.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the onsite property management operation including enquiries, applications, leasing, and tenant onboarding.
• Perform routine, entry and exit inspections and oversee lease renewals and vacates.
• Manage rent arrears and portfolio financial administration.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and contractor management, ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and building codes.
• Maintain clear communication with owners, tenants and owner-occupiers; monitor by-law compliance and resolve disputes efficiently.
• Liaise with Body Corporate and building matters, schedule remediation work, and draft Building Manager reports.
