D and T REALTY in Morayfield is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take sole responsibility for a 95‑let townhouse complex. The role features an onsite office, no live-in requirement, and direct support from the business owner.

You will handle end-to-end management, leasing, inspections, and maintenance with minimal travel, ensuring rents, renewals, and arrears are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in Queensland.
• Excellent knowledge of QCAT processes.
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Full Licence.
• Proficiency with modern trust accounting software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and strong conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Property Management: manage landlords and long-term tenants within the complex.
• Onsite Leasing & Marketing: handle inquiries, viewings, applications and tenancy agreements.
• Routine Inspections: conduct inspections and prepare owner reports.
• Maintenance Coordination: troubleshoot onsite issues and coordinate tradespeople.
• Arrears & Renewals: manage rent arrears, renewals and rent reviews.
