Job summary

Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new Brendale warehouse. You will spend most of your day delivering exceptional customer service and about 10 hours per week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products onsite from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

This role requires handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and resolving shipping or payment issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business, logistics, or related field is preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations including picking, packing and shipping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance performance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as part of warehouse duties.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer inquiries and complaints.

Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse in Brendale. This is a unique role where you\'ll spend most of your day providing exceptional customer service and about 10 hours/week receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving shipping or payment issues, and following up with customers on orders. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to develop into a sales or operations role. If you\'re mechanically minded, you may also test and/or conduct easy repairs.

This position requires being onsite every day from 8:00am-4:00pm in our Brendale location.

What You'll Do

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance job performance.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as part of regular warehouse duties.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
