Job summary

Veriu Group is expanding its hotel and apartment portfolio and seeks a Project Manager with strong construction PM skills to lead tenant fitouts and development delivery in Australia. You will manage timelines, stakeholder relations and FF&E procurement across multiple sites, with travel to development locations as needed.

The role requires experience in hotel or residential project management, excellent communication, and a proactive ownership mindset within a fast-paced, growth-driven company

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a construction project management role.
• Experience in Tenant Fitout is favourable.
• Hotel or Residential Project Management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to understand and translate operational requirements at the development stage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to development sites, both locally and interstate.
• Approved Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management and communication to stakeholders.
• Assisting with new opportunity proposals and negotiations.
• Mark-up of plans with tenant-side comments.
• Management of the tenant-side development process to delivery.
• Management of FF&E design, procurement, delivery & installation.
• Updating of developer brief documents.
• Oversite and management of internal refurbishment projects.
