Job summary

Veriu Group is seeking a Project Manager with strong construction project management experience to lead tenant-fitout and development activities across our hotel portfolio. You will balance relationships with outcomes, represent the tenant in development-to-delivery, and oversee FF&E design, procurement, delivery and installation.

The role requires proven project management in the hotel/residential sector, the ability to travel regularly to development sites locally and interstate, and excellent

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a construction project management role.
• Hotel or residential project management experience preferred.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Approved Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management and stakeholder communications.
• Assisting with new opportunity proposals and negotiations.
• Mark-up of plans with tenant-side comments.
• Management of the tenant-side development process to delivery.
• Management of FF&E design, procurement, delivery & installation.
• Updating developer brief documents.
• Oversight and management of internal refurbishment projects.
