Job summary

Veriu is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead development and delivery of hotel and residential projects. You will balance tenant relationships with delivery timelines and coordinate FF&E, refurbishments, and site visits across multiple developments.

The role requires proven construction PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly to sites. We offer autonomy, security, and generous employee benefits within a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights (citizenship, PR or visa with rights).
• Proven experience in a construction project management role.
• Experience in Tenant Fitout is favourable.
• Hotel or residential project management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; pride in quality outcomes.
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to translate operational requirements at the development stage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to development sites.

We work with various developers across the country who build properties to our specs so that we can take out long-term leases to run our operations. Our great partnerships with developers are off the back of our long-standing relationships and the excellent reputation we’ve built for ourselves. In addition to these greenfield sites, on occasion we also refurbish and/or rebrand other hotels within the market to grow our portfolio.

As Project Manager you’ll bring strong experience working in project management within the construction industry, attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset. You’ll be able to perfectly balance relationships with outcomes and be able to represent the tenant (us) within the entire development to delivery process.
