Job summary

Veriu Group is expanding its hotel and apartment portfolio and seeks a Project Manager with strong construction PM skills to lead tenant fitouts and development delivery in Australia. You will manage timelines, stakeholder relations and FF&E procurement across multiple sites, with travel to development locations as needed.

The role requires experience in hotel or residential project management, excellent communication, and a proactive ownership mindset within a fast-paced, growth-driven company

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a construction project management role.
• Experience in Tenant Fitout is favourable.
• Hotel or Residential Project Management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to understand and translate operational requirements at the development stage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to development sites, both locally and interstate.
• Approved Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

We work with various developers across the country who build properties to our specs so that we can take out long-term leases to run our operations. Our great partnerships with developers are off the back of our long-standing relationships and the excellent reputation we’ve built for ourselves. In addition to these greenfield sites, on occasion we also refurbish and/or rebrand other hotels within the market to grow our portfolio. As Project Manager you’ll bring strong experience working in project management within the construction industry, attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset. You’ll be able to perfectly balance relationships with outcomes and be able to represent the tenant (us) within the entire development to delivery process.

You’ll be responsible for:
