PLS seeks an experienced AHS Supervisor to lead autonomous haulage initiatives at the Pilbara Pilgangoora operation. The role reports to the Superintendent Autonomous Mining and focuses on safety, reliability, and data-driven optimisation for the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS).
Based in Pilgangoora with an 8:6 FIFO/DIDO roster from Perth or local sites, you will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Technology, and OEM teams to optimise performance and train the workforce in Command environment
Competenze
- Minimum 5+ years operating AHS haul fleets.
- Deep experience with CAT Command for Hauling.
- Proven supervisor or control role in AHS.
- Tertiary mining/engineering qualification.
- Strong safety focus and environmental commitment.
Mansioni
- Drive continuous improvement for AHS reliability and productivity.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, tech, and OEM partners.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize AHS performance and fleet use.
- Provide technical leadership and safe autonomous mining operations.
