BHP is seeking an Autonomous Control professional in Western Australia to lead safe, efficient control of the autonomous fleet and MineStar operations. You will work across site teams to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Mine Control or System Builder experience.
• Thorough understanding of FMS such as MineStar Command for hauling.
• High level of computer literacy and multi-tasking ability.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Strategic, forward thinker in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to a safe working environment.
• Manage the autonomous fleet effectively and efficiently.
• Maximise equipment productivity and efficiency according to the 24 hour mine and maintenance plan.
• Maintain the integrity of the mine model by aligning virtual and physical road networks.
• Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication with leaders, teams and site.
