PLS is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead the training program for the Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) rollout at our Pilbara operations. You will plan, coordinate and deliver training to ensure safe and effective operation in autonomous mining environments.

You will drive competency assessments, manage multiple stakeholders, and champion change management to maximise adoption and safety in a fast-moving project context.

Competenze

• Experience leading large-scale training projects in operational or tech contexts.
• Desirable experience with Autonomous Haulage Systems or mining tech.
• Experience using LMS platforms and managing change during tech rollouts.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver the AHS training and competency strategy for readiness.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources, and materials across sites.
• Identify training needs and competency requirements for impacted roles.
• Lead training delivery for operators, supervisors, maintenance, and trainers.
• Manage vendor and SME involvement and track progress and compliance.
• Provide updates on training readiness, risks and progress.
• Support change management and safe operating practices in autonomous zones.
• Develop assessment processes to ensure competency before operation.
