Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a diverse Perth portfolio from the CBD, with travel to assets in the northern suburbs. You will own end-to-end FM operations, budgets, compliance and contractor oversight, supported by a Facilities Coordinator and Centre Manager.

Based in Perth, you will drive risk, budgets and capital works while delivering strong client reporting and stakeholder engagement with IFM Investors and local councils.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated FM experience, ideally in retail, commercial or mixed-use property.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of compliance, HSE and relevant legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own risk, compliance and HSE programs across all centres, including audits, incident reporting and emergency response planning.
• Manage contractors and vendors, covering preventative maintenance schedules, contracted KPIs and procurement processes.
• Drive centre operating budgets and manage minor and capital works programs.
• Deliver accurate client reporting and maintain strong relationships with IFM Investors, local councils and the wider community.
