Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment invites a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a growing national organisation with Bendigo demand. This community-based role has no office requirement and allows administration from home while you work directly with participants, families and schools across the Bendigo region.

You will manage your own caseload, deliver BSPs and functional assessments, and benefit from strong clinical support, supervision, and a performance-based incentive scheme for

Qualifications

• Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Experience in positive behaviour support.
• Open to Core, Proficient or Advanced levels.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in behaviour support or related clinical role.
• Experience completing functional behaviour assessments and BSPs.
• Experience working with autism, intellectual disability and behaviours of concern.
• Strong understanding of NDIS requirements, restrictive practices and clinical governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload effectively.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module / required NDIS credentials.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed and evidence-based practice.
• Practitioners with an existing caseload or strong local professional networks are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, reviews and intervention strategies.
• Stakeholder consultation and capability-building with families, schools and support teams.
• Manage own caseload with high autonomy and professional maturity.
• Work within the community with NDIS participants across children and adults.
