Job summary

Castle Hill Autos is seeking a highly organised Group Warranty Clerk based in Sydney to manage warranty claims across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. You will support the service department with administration, maintain meticulous records and liaise with manufacturers to drive timely approvals.

This role offers immediate start, ongoing training and a supportive team culture within a rapidly growing automotive group.

Qualifications

• Must be living in Australia to be eligible for this role.
• Experience in a warranty, service administration, or automotive clerical role.
• Understanding of warranty claim processes and manufacturer guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in dealership management systems and administrative software.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with manufacturers to ensure timely claim approvals.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve any rejected or disputed claims.
• Support the service department with warranty-related queries and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate storage and documentation of warranty parts in line with manufacturer requirements.
