Job summary

NRMA is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer based in Sydney, offering hybrid work with travel to NRMA sites nationwide. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering frontline training for patrols, tow truck drivers and driver trainers, aligned with Roadside Delivery objectives.

You will apply instructional design methods using Articulate, Canva, Ed-App and Vyond, while collaborating with the Roadside training team and business stakeholders to close skill gaps and

Qualifications

• Qualified Mechanic or Automotive Electrician with current credentials.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering frontline training for automotive services.

Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences to equip frontline teams with customer service skills.
• Collaborate with Roadside training team and stakeholders to align programs with business goals.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and priorities.
• Create and deliver training across e-learning, virtual, self-paced and in-person formats.
