Accenture Strategy & Consulting in automotive is seeking senior professionals with extensive experience in corporate strategy and transformation. You will lead strategic work, mentor teams, and drive digital transformations across manufacturing, supply chain, and front-office operations.

You’ll partner with clients across industries, shape market-leading strategies, and build strong C-level relationships while leveraging Accenture's global resources and AI capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consulting or corporate strategy, with a preferred focus on Industrial sector.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Specialized Expertise: Bring expertise in Corporate Strategy/M&A, Transformation, Digital/Data and AI, Cost and Productivity, with a focus on Aftermarket, Front Office, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
• Strategic Vision: Craft strategies and plans that support clients in realizing their vision, navigating competitive landscapes, and creating shareholder value.
• Industry and Functional Insight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial and automotive industry fundamentals, market dynamics, company operations, and key financial metrics.
• Innovative Solutions: Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach, leveraging industry knowledge and functional expertise.
• Collaborative Leadership: Lead focused strategy work and larger-scale cross-functional engagements, collaborating directly with and managing client teams.
• Digital Transformation: Apply the latest digital technologies and approaches to drive sustainable value for clients.
• C-Level Relationships: Establish strong credibility and cultivate relationships at the C-level through exceptional outcomes, effective communication, persuasive narratives, and collaborative teamwork.
• Global Network Collaboration: Navigate the global Accenture network effectively, leveraging expertise to generate valuable executive insights and contribute to client business development.
