Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in California seeks experienced management consultants in automotive sectors with expertise across Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, and Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations. You will translate insights into actionable roadmaps, guide transformation programs, and collaborate across a global network.

You’ll apply structured problem-solving, deliver executive-ready materials, and contribute to business development while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Consulting in the Automotive sector.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to define client challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Build clear, compelling deliverables, including executive presentations, process maps, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Contribute actively to workstreams within larger engagements, managing your own tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client counterparts through consistent delivery and clear communication.
• Support business development activities including proposal development, market analyses, and pursuit materials.
• Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on people, process and technology.
