Toowoomba Hyundai is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team in Toowoomba. You’ll be the key link between customers and workshop, ensuring seamless service management from start to finish.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll greet customers, schedule services, provide quotes, and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Experience in automotive customer service and a positive, professional attitude are essential; a current Australian driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• A professional and positive attitude.
• Confidence using computer systems and dealership software.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
