Ferntree Gully Hyundai & Kia is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing team in Melbourne. You’ll be the first point of contact for service customers, building lasting relationships and managing bookings from check-in to vehicle collection.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Strong automotive industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to confidently explain repairs and recommendations to customers
• Full unrestricted driver's licence

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for our service customers
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships
• Managing customer service bookings and appointments
• Conducting vehicle check-ins and identifying customer requirements
• Providing clear and professional communication throughout the repair process
• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress, repairs and additional work
• Preparing job cards, repair orders and invoices
• Liaising closely with technicians, workshop controllers and management
• Identifying and communicating additional service and repair opportunities
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection and customers understand the work completed
• Achieving customer satisfaction, retention and performance targets
• Contributing to a positive and productive dealership environment
