Job summary

Nunawading Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor at our Hyundai Service Department, reporting to the Service Manager. You will be the friendly, professional face of our service team, building strong customer relationships and guiding the service journey from booking to collection across multiple brands.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding customer experience, coordinating bookings, communicating timelines and costs, and collaborating with technicians to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, service management and other dealership departments.
• Experience with Xtime and ERA Power is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing service bookings efficiently and professionally.
• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process from vehicle drop-off to collection.
• Identifying customer needs and clearly communicating service requirements, recommendations, costs and timelines.
• Liaising with technicians and the service team to ensure work is completed efficiently and customers are kept informed.
• Providing accurate updates and following up with customers throughout the repair process.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Going above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
