Job summary

Wilsons Automobiles and Coachworks Limited in Epsom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, book vehicles in for servicing, and keep them updated as repairs progress. You will work with our Aftersales team to deliver outstanding service and build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is welcomed but not essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Excellent customer service and IT/admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and book their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Keep customers updated throughout the day, ensuring they always know what’s happening with their vehicle.
• Work closely with our workshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Explain technical information in a clear, straightforward and reassuring way.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer care.
• Schedule workshop appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Resolve customer queries with confidence, empathy and professionalism.
